Formentera Island is just 20 Km long, with a surface of 82 Kmq. There are not mountains in Formentera: it only has two promontories: La Mola and Cap de Barbaria.

Formentera is the smallest and southernmost island of the Illes Pitiüses group (which includes Ibiza and Formentera) and belongs to the Balearic Islands Autonomous Community.

The strait "Es Freus" and some small islands separate Formentera from Ibiza.
Formentera is famous for its white beaches and its unbelievable sea, very clear and with beautiful colours. For its relaxed life-style is very different from Ibiza.

Cits major villages are Sant Francesc Xavier, Sant Ferran de ses Roques, Es Pujols (the main turistic centre), El Pilar de la Mola and La Savina, where there is the head office of Casayentorno.

The official language is the Catalan.

Formentera is one of the favourite destination in the hole Europe.

You may have a relaxing holidays, thanks to its wonderful beaches, but you can also enjoy your nights in Es Pujols.

And don’t forget that you are very closed to Ibiza: the boat takes only 30 minutes to get you on the other side.

You may join the Happy Hours by the sea in one of the many “chiringuitos” on the beach.

You can reach this paradise easily with the plane until Ibiza, and then take one of the many boat that in only 30 minutes will take you to Formentera, to La Savina port.

There’re also boats directly from Spain, from Denia (Valencia).

The absence of an airport contributes to add charm to this beautiful island, in contrast with the frenetic life-style of Ibiza.

In fact, Formentera is the more relaxing island of the hole archipelago of Balearic Islands.
