Franceschino will open the "Can Carlitos" in the area of Puerto la Savina; here is possible to taste a great variety of tapas and paellas elaborated by world-famous starred chef Nandu Jubany, owner of the famous catalan restaurant Can Jubany a Calldetenes and of so many other famous places in the world. The chef Jubany is also famous because he uses in his kitchen exclusively the vegetables grown in the garden that he created some years ago.

Another place that we recommend you is the "Restaurante Casbah Formentera", located in the area of the beach of Migjorn. It is surrounded by pine trees therefore the climate results cool and pleasant. The place is mostly attended by Spanish clients. The food, the service, the price and the location are appreciated by those people who had the pleasure to attend this restaurant.

A restaurant that you can’t miss is the "Japoneria Bufambo" situated in the pedestrian center of Sant Francesc, the main town center of the island. The place opened in 2015 and in little time it gained a solid reputation among its clients. Here you can taste some great sushi, other specialties of the Japanese cuisine and so many other delicious dishes. The location is fancy and furnished with style (you will immediately recognize the funny shapes of dogs hanging on the wall!!!), taken care in details as the dishes of the menu are. From this year the place has been expanded, with a coffee area in a dedicated spot. You won't be disappointed by a supper in this restaurant!!!

The "Tahiti Beach" is a beautiful restaurant located in one of the characteristic areas of the island: the promenade of Es Pujols. You are basically leaned out on one of the most famous beaches of Formentera. The location is wonderful and perfect to relax eating a tasty dish. The place is mainly attended by clients for lunch but it is also a good solution for a supper or an appetizer with you friends or family during the evening. During the summer season it won't be difficult to meet here one of the many VIPs that regularly eat here.

Not to mention the restaurant "Can Dani", the only one on the island awarded with a Michelin star. The recognition has arrived in 2015 and has also been confirmed for 2016. All in this place reflects the Spanish tradition, from the food to the location. Moreover, you won’t necessarily have to spend a lot: the possibility to choose among the tasting menu or different courses allows you to spend the right amount for the refined and careful service that you will find here.
